The Beginnings of The Brown Sugar Cookier
Baking began as a tradition with my daughters, making holiday cookies and crafts for teachers, friends, and family. After they moved away, I stopped baking until a friend asked me to help with a birthday party. My first cake pops were far from perfect, but they inspired me to learn more. I started taking classes and sharing samples, and soon people began asking me to make desserts for their events. What started as a simple favor became a passion I truly love, and I hope my desserts bring something special to your day.
PRICING
To make sure every order is prepared with care and attention to detail, we kindly ask that orders for small events (orders of 1-3 dozen cookies) be placed at least 2 weeks in advance.
For weddings, large events, or custom orders that require more planning, we ask for at least 3 weeks advanced notice before the event date (These are orders of 4+ dozen cookies).
This allows us enough time to confirm details, prepare your designs, and make sure everything is ready and perfect for your special day.
Orders can be placed directly through our website, however we do not offer shipping; all orders must be picked up at a prearranged time and date.

Basic Designs - $72+/ dozen
Simple cookie designs include 1-2 colors and 1-4 simple designs per order. This tier allows for minimal writing (e.g. one word)
Intermediate Designs - $84+/ dozen
Intermediate cookie designs include 2-4 colors and 3-6 designs per order.
This tier allows for writing, florals, metallic accents OR other techniques such as airbrushing and wet-on-wet designs.
It may also include simple hand-decorated logos.
Advanced Designs - $96+/dozen
Intricate cookie designs include 6-8 colors and 6-10 designs per order. This tier allows for unlimited details including florals, metallic accents, hand painting, and other techniques such as airbrushing and wet-on-wet designs
Mini Cookies - $30+/dozen
Our mini cookies are the perfect addition to our regular size packages, especially for children's parties or events with lots of available sweets.
Mini cookies are available as a standalone order, with a minimum of 3 dozen per order. If ordered in addition to regular cookies, we also offer hand-decorated mini cookies, with a minimum of 2 dozen per order.
CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
HOW TO PAY
We request full payment up-front to place a custom order in our calendar. An order is not confirmed (therefore "in the books") until a payment is made. We do not accept checks or payment apps such as Venmo and Cashapp. All invoices can be paid using Zelle or through our invoicing system, which accepts all major credit cards, Apple and Google Pay.
REFUNDS
Orders that are cancelled up to 2 weeks prior pick up may be eligible for a partial refund (half payment).If an order is being cancelled by us, you will be refunded fully.
